First, words about property purchase in Lopez. Lopez,
something like Loreto 40 years ago, follows traditions of any
seaside fishing village on the Baja. Papers representing ownership
are passed as time passes without legal confirmation, family member
on. A well meaning Mexican will sign over what he has with words
explaining the same. America, Canada or Italy . . . legal papers are
in hand prior to further investment. What works for the Mexican
family is clearly not in the best interest of a foreigner, Mexican
law applying.
All of the following properties have perfect titles with taxes and
utilities (where applicable) paid up to date, as do the Loreto
properties.

Anyone interested in viewing my properties is invited to stay free
at my fishing home in Lopez, the old Lopez Sprtsman's Lodge. Linens
are included. Food and recreation is on you, and I'll show you the
way. Around the corner from La Casa Remedia and 100 steps to the
launch ramp, you will enjoy your stay.
